Raj SahonteGuy Adams and Alexander Learmonth will be speaking on topical issues and sharing their experiences of appearing in relevant cases. Topics will include easements, rights to park and frustration of leases.

This seminar will appeal to both contentious and non-contentious practitioners alike. There will be opportunities to raise questions with our speakers both during the seminar or afterwards over drinks and canapés.
