Colin Braham was called to the Bar in 1971. He is an experienced civil litigator and adviser with a broad range of expertise. He has a particular interest in, and experience of, local authority work, judicial review, injunctions in support of the criminal law, highway law and mental health litigation. The property and trust side of his practice includes wills, mortgages, land, easements, restrictive covenants and professional negligence. He has extensive experience of both contentious and non-contentious probate work.
He is an associate editor of The Law of Freedom of Information, published by Oxford University Press in 2003 (second edition due to be published at the end of 2008).
