Trusts Seminar

Nicholas Le Poidevin and Tim Akkouh will be speaking at a trusts seminar held by leading Channel Islands law firm, Carey Olsen. The seminar will consider issues that arose in the recent Alhamrani case in Jersey.

Talks will be given by partners of Carey Olsen and by Nicholas Le Poidevin and Tim Akkouh of chambers. Toby Graham, Head of the Contentious Trusts and Estates Group at Farrer & Co LLP, who also acted in the case, will chair the event.

The price of attending the seminar is £95 + VAT per delegate. The seminar will be followed by the reception in the Royal College of Surgeons’ Hunterian Museum. The seminar will be accredited with 3.5 CPD hours, of which further details will be available upon confirmation of your place. Places will be reserved on a first come first served basis.
