Lanfear v Chandler

Reference:
[2013] EWCA Civ 1497

Date:
20th November 2011

Court:
Court of Appeal

Facts:

The claim was the culmination of a dispute running for some 15 years as to the correct boundary line between two neighbouring properties.

Judge:
More Bick, Patten and Rafferty LJJ

Comment:

Caley acted as sole Counsel for the Claimants who succeeded after a 3 day trial at first instance in a decision subsequently upheld by the Court of Appeal. The appellate judgment contains new guidance on the significance of T-marks on plans particularly when set against the physical features on the ground.
