MA Lloyd v PPC International: wasted costs order against solicitor supervising litigation

Caley Wright acted for the Applicant in MA Lloyd v PPC International [2016] EWHC 2162 (QB), successfully arguing that a solicitor, who had supervision of litigation on behalf of a non-regulated entity providing litigation services, should be personally liable for the wasted costs of litigation which had been conducted unreasonably.
