Alexander Learmonth wins trial against silk and 2 other counsel to remove three professional executors replaced on grounds of conflict of interest and professional embarrassment, with costs Griffin v Higgs [2017] EWHC 2559 (Ch).

 

Learmonth (instructed by Bircham Dyson Bell) appeared on behalf of the Claimant, before Deputy Master Linwood in the High Court.
