Privy Council dismisses raft of appeals in major Guernsey trust case

The long-running Guernsey trust litigation involving trusts for the benefit of the Tchenguiz family (Investec Trust v Glenalla) spawned a raft of final appeals, almost all dismissed in a judgment of the Privy Council handed down yesterday (23rd April 2018).
