Tallents v Gouldingay

10th September 2010

Malcolm acted for the Defendant solicitor in an application for an interim injunction to enforce a number of restrictive covenants against a solicitor who was formerly employed by the Claimants. The Defendant was successful in resisting the interim enforcement of the covenant which purported to restrain the Defendant from setting up a practice within ten miles of the main offices of the Claimants. Malcolm subsequently appeared for the Defendant at the expedited trial, at which the restrictive covenants were upheld by the Court
