Alexander Learmonth successfully resists claim for rectification of a trust deed

New Square Chambers' Alexander Learmonth has successfully resisted a claim in the High Court for rectification of a trust deed, relying on estoppel by deed and laches, as well as a lack of evidence.


Alexander represented the successful claimant in Price v Saundry & Anor [2019] EWHC 496 (Ch).
