Privy Council expands Stack v Dowden to all investments for couple’s joint benefit

Judgment handed down today in Marr v Collie, expanding scope of Stack v Dowden
beyond the family home and heavily qualifying Laskar v Laskar where investments are held for the mutual benefit of a cohabiting couple. Appeal under Bahamian law but of general importance. Retrial ordered.
