Simon Adamyk considers the gaps left in the legislation for the listing of land or buildings as assets of community value and suggests ways of addressing them in his new article ‘Mind the Gaps’, published in February’s edition of the Property Law Journal. Simon was junior counsel advising the London Borough of Lambeth (as registration authority) on the application to register the Undercroft as an asset of community value, which attracted widespread media attention.
